The National Energy Administration (NEA) counts China’s total installed solar power capacity at the end of November 2022 to have reached 372 GW, with an annual increase of 29.4%. This includes 65.71 GW added within 11M/2022. Investment on solar power generation of major power generation enterprises in the country went up 290.1% to RMB 200 billion. The NEB expects China's solar power capacity to reach 490GW by end-2023, which implies robust new installations of 97GW in 2023.
