To further raise fire safety awareness among employees and improve their emergency response capabilities for fire hazards, Grandglow New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. organized a fire safety publicity campaign and fire-fighting drill themed on the Work Safety Month on the afternoon of June 30, with all staff participating in the event.

At the drill site, Peng Zhi, the person in charge of work safety, delivered a comprehensive and detailed lecture tailored to the company’s production characteristics. His presentation covered typical fire cases, operation of fire-fighting equipment, suppression of initial fires, hazards caused by blocked fire exits, evacuation and self-rescue skills, and more. The lecture enabled all employees to intuitively recognize the severe consequences and painful lessons arising from potential fire risks. He required all departments and teams to strictly implement the fire safety management system and fully carry out fire safety responsibilities down to every detail. Afterwards, staff were organized to conduct hands-on fire-extinguishing drills on site.

During the practical fire-extinguishing drill, all employees lined up in order. Following the standard operation steps for fire extinguishers, they quickly put out the blazing fire billowing with thick smoke. The entire drill proceeded efficiently, standardly and methodically, yielding the intended results.

This fire safety publicity and emergency drill has further boosted staff’s fire prevention awareness and self-rescue capacity. Employees learned and mastered fundamental skills such as hazard identification and proper emergency response protocols, allowing them to react rapidly, orderly, promptly and effectively in case of fire accidents.

As the saying goes, prevention is better than disaster relief, and safety responsibility is weightier than Mount Tai. All staff of Grandglow keep working to eliminate hidden fire dangers, curb risks at the initial stage and ward off hazards before they occur.
